ClarionShop has undergone many structural and interface changes during it's existance.
Now, it is even better than it's ever been before. Easy to navigate, search,
and browse; Cross-browser support; Administrative tasks for Suppliers; etc etc...

Feedback & Ratings (Voting)
An important factor in the success of this site is User Feedback. This
generally comes through to us in the form of product ratings. Customers
rate the products they've bought clicking on the Stars or [waiting for
rating] links on each of the product listing pages. Once a product has
received 5 votes then it is rated and this rating is displayed on the
main product
screen (that's what the stars are! eg:
).
As more votes are received the rating is adjusted accordingly.
Return Policy
ClarionShop offers a no-questions-asked 14 day return on most products.
Products that may not be returned are clearly labeled as such. We believe
customers should be able to return goods which do not fulfill their needs
- and a return policy allows customers to purchase products with confidence.
Complaints
Any complaints received by ClarionShop from users regarding a specific
product are passed on to the developer of that specific product via email.
We require that the answer to the customer be sent within 1 (one) business
day and that this reply be cc'd to complaints@clarionshop.com for our
records. Where a product receives a high number of unresolved complaints,
or if the supplier does not reply to the complaints, then this fact will
be clearly noted on the site.
The object of this approach is not to be heavy-handed in any way. It is there merely to ensure a high standard of product so that the customer can buy with confidence. All products will have the occasional complaint - however if a product has substantially more then the norm, we would encourage the Supplier to make the necessary adjustments - either to the program, or to the marketing material.
